Your computer isn't working correctly
There may come a time when your computer starts up and does not display correctly or just doesn't seem to be working right. Shut it down and restart it. You may need to hold the power button in for several seconds for the computer to completely shut down.
Clear your cache
The first time you visit a website, the web browser will save pieces of the site in its cache. The cache files will load much faster than pulling fresh files from a server. The next time you visit that site, the cached files will help cut down the page load time.
Websites updates may not show when you load a page, or a website may not load correctly. This is when you will want to clear or refresh your cache. Once this is done, and you revisit a site, you will get the newest files cached in your browser.

Having trouble connecting to a website?
If you are unable to connect to a website, first make sure the address is typed correctly. The site's server may be overloaded, down, or unreachable because of a network problem, outage, or website maintenance.
To see if the site is down, click this link. Type the web address into the search box and select "check". The site will check your website's accessibility and give you a report on what type of issue the site may have.
