Mission Statement

The mission of the Special Services Department is to make a positive difference in the lives of children and youth so they will achieve their highest potential.  The staff is dedicated to serve students by providing an extensive support network through commitment, guidance and support for students, parents, and educators in the Greene County Public School System.

Please consider filling out the VDOE Family Engagement Survey.  The results of this survey will be used to improve parental involvement in the special education process and improve outcomes for all students within the Commonwealth.
