All Greene County Public Schools full-time employees are eligible for the following benefits:

10/11-Month Employees (Teachers, Teacher Assistants, Secretaries, Bus Drivers, School Nutrition Staff)

• Health Insurance 
• VRS Retirement
• Life Insurance
• Earn 1 day of Sick Leave per month
• Earn 2 Personal Days per year (with a maximum accumulation of 5)

12-Month Employees (Administrators, Secretaries, Custodians, Maintenance)

All of the benefits listed above plus: 

• Vacation: earned at a rate dependent upon years of membership with VRS
